What is included in my monthly fee?
Your monthly service package includes access to all community amenities. Plus, weekly housekeeping, complete home maintenance (interior and exterior, including all appliances), access to our HealthyLife Center, fitness programming, cable TV and Wi-Fi, scheduled transportation, access to flexible dining options, and participation in all social, recreational, educational, and cultural programs. Some specialty services are available for additional fees.
Can my guests use the amenities with me?
Absolutely. Your family and friends are always welcome to join you at The Heritage. Guests can dine with you in our restaurants, attend events in Poplar Hall, enjoy the walking paths, and participate in most community activities. We also offer convenient guest accommodations on campus, so your visitors can stay close by and experience firsthand what makes The Heritage such a special place to call home.
