Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the campus buildings. Conducting, under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs. High school diploma/GED. Technical Schooling and/or background preferred. One year experience maintenance necessary. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to lift 80 pounds.
